RE: used nufinish for the first time

Can you use it on the graphics? Ray We used to use it but after reading the bottle recently it says not to use on vinyl. It contains petroleum products.

RE: Cleaning the RV after a trip

Well, this DW does 90% so I guess I could post the question the other way around. :B

RE: Installation of motorcycle chocks in Recon 37U

We added chocks to our toyhauler. The only thing we ran into was the frame. :S I don`t think it would void any warranty although you could get water in if you drive through rain. I`d add some caulking around the fasteners. Another person working from underneath will make it easier.

RE: inspection

In Pa. you need to get it inspected if you`re planning on towing it anywhere. Any trailer dealer can inspect it.

RE: quality of Open Range

I believe this is a new company so the units haven`t been tested very long. From what I`ve seen they compare equally to other makes and have very attractive interiors.

RE: Cleveland OH - Place to Camp/Park

There are some rest stops on the Ohio turnpike that have electric hookups and a dump station. Cost was $15 last year. It`s a option if you can`t find some where else and will keep you on the route without side-tracking onto another road.

RE: We lost our camping buddy

What a beautiful boy he was! You were so good to give him a home. Be thankful for the time he spent with you.

RE: Looking for a particular TH ???

Forest River and other manufacturers make trailers that you are describing. Check the manufacturer link in the TH forum.

RE: Ducted air

Make sure to close the quick cool opening on the underside of your AC. We found that made a lot of difference in our TH. It forces more air to the bedroom.

RE: Electric Awning Feedback

I agree with the other posts. The electric awning is my favorite thing on our new rig.

How cute is that!!! :B Our boxers have claimed the sofa in our rig.

RE: Wall Covering

Get the adhesive for vinyl wallpaper borders. It`s a different glue than regular wallpaper paste.

RE: Where is the Largest Toyhauler Market?

The market is flooded now with THs since all the rv companies are making them. Like a new car, it`s easier to get a loan on a new unit.

RE: Had no idea/if I only had the $$$$$!

That`s the way to go if you can swing it. The units I`ve looked at were around $400,000.
